Ingredients
 100 g Egg whites
 40 g Whole wheat tortilla
 25 g ⁠Low-fat mozzarella cheese
 30 g ⁠Chopped capsicum
 20 g ⁠Chopped onion
 30 g Chopped tomato
 2 g Olive oil
 1 pinch Salt, black pepper, cumin powder, oregano

Cook Vegetables: Lightly saute the chopped onion, tomato, and capsicum in a non-stick pan using oil. Add spices like salt, black pepper, cumin, and oregano.

Add Egg Whites: Pour the egg whites into the pan and scramble everything together until cooked.

Assemble the Quesadilla: Place the whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the scrambled egg white and vegetable mix on one half. Sprinkle low-fat mozzarella cheese on top.

Toast the Quesadilla: Fold the tortilla into half and place it on a hot non-stick pan. Toast both sides until golden and crispy.
