Almond Flour Mini Pancakes with Nutella 1

Ingredients
 30 g Almond flour
 50 g Egg (whole)
 2 g Baking powder
 30 ml Milk (low-fat)
 2 drops Vanilla extract
 15 g Nutella
 2 g Olive oil (for greasing pan)
Directions

In a bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and vanilla.

Add almond flour and baking powder. Mix well to get a smooth batter

Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with olive oil or butter

Pour small spoonful's to make mini pancakes (around 6–8 cm diameter).

Cook each side for 1–2 minutes until golden brown

Stack the pancakes and drizzle or spread Nutella on top while warm
