Egg White Bhurji

Ingredients
 100 g Egg Whites
 40 g Chopped Onion
 50 g Tomato Chopped
 2 g Green Chilies Chopped
 30 g Capsicum chopped
 5 g Ginger garlic paste
 3 g Oil
 1 g Turmeric Powder
 1 g Red Chili Powder
 1 g Cumin Powder
 1 g Coriander Powder
 1 g Garam Masala
 5 g Fresh coriander levees chopped
 1 pinch Salt

Heat oil in a nonstick pan.

Add onion, chili, and ginger–garlic paste, sauté till light golden.

Add tomato, capsicum, cook until soft.

Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add lightly beaten egg whites, cook on medium flame.

Stir continuously until fluffy and cooked.

Garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
