Sprouts Salad in bengali

 60 g Sprouted green moong
 0.20 g Onion chopped
 0.20 g Tomato chopped
 0.20 g Carrot Chopped
 1 tsp Green Chilies
 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
 1 pinch Black Peper powder
 1 pinch Chat Massala
 1 pinch Mango Powder
 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Take sprouted green moong in a bowl.

Add chopped onion, tomato and grated carrot.

Add green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper powder, mango powder and chat masala.

Add lemon juice and mix well.

Serve immediately.
