Ingredients
 100 g Fresh spinach
 30 g Chopped Onion
 5 g Garlic
 50 ml Skimmed Milk
 ½ tsp Oil
 1 pinch Salt
 0.50 g Black Pepper
 2 g Lemon Juice

Heat oil in a small pot. Add onion and garlic, saute for 2–3 minutes until soft.

Add spinach and stir for 1–2 minutes until wilted.

Pour in water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Add low-fat milk, salt, and pepper. Heat gently—do not boil after adding milk.

Blend the soup until smooth using a hand blender.

Add lemon juice before serving for extra flavor.
