Boil peas and spinach, then squeeze out water.
Mash peas, spinach, potato, and paneer.
Add spices, ginger, chili, coriander, and roasted besan.
Shape into small patties (around 3 pieces).
Shallow fry with minimal oil until golden brown or you can go for air fried method.
