Slice banana and place at the bottom of a small bowl.
Add a scoop (50g) of low-fat vanilla ice cream on top.
Drizzle with 5g Biscoff spread (you can slightly melt it for easier drizzling).
Crush and sprinkle 1 Biscoff biscuit (7g) over the top.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and 2g chopped almonds if desired.
Serve immediately.
