Ingredients
 50 g Egg (whole)
 60 g Egg whites
 30 g Spinach (chopped)
 20 g Tomato (chopped)
 15 g Onion (chopped)
 20 g Bell peppers (mixed)
 10 g Low-fat cheese (grated)
 2 g Olive oil (for greasing)
 1 pinch Salt & black pepper

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Lightly grease a muffin tray with olive oil.

Whisk egg, egg whites, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Mix in all vegetables and cheese.
