Grind oats into fine flour
Add warm water gradually and knead into a soft dough (oats flour is delicate, so use hot/warm water for binding)
Rest dough for 5 minutes.
Divide into 2 balls, roll gently into rotis.
Cook on hot tawa, flipping until both sides get light brown spots
