Gluten free roti

Ingredients
 60 g Rolled oats (ground into fine flour)
 45 ml Warm water (adjust as needed)
 1 g Salt (optional, pinch)

Grind oats into fine flour

Add warm water gradually and knead into a soft dough (oats flour is delicate, so use hot/warm water for binding)

Rest dough for 5 minutes.

Divide into 2 balls, roll gently into rotis.

Cook on hot tawa, flipping until both sides get light brown spots
