
Mix all and marinate for 15–30 mins. Grill on a non-stick pan or air fryer.
Saute cumin in oil, add cauliflower, stir for 5 mins till soft.
Saute bell pepper and onion lightly in the same pan as paneer. Keep crunchy.
Blend and use a teaspoon over the bowl for flavor.
