Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
Soaked rice for 15-30 minutes.
In a pot, add the rinsed rice and water.
Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and rice is soft.
Turn off the heat and let it sit for another 5 minutes with the lid on to allow the rice to steam and become fluffy.
