Rinse the poha 2-3 times until they become soft. Drain out the water.
Heat oil in a kadai add peanuts and roast, keep them in a plate.
Again, in same kadai heat oil, add mustard and cumin seeds.
Add green chili, Curry leaves, Chopped onion (Optional ), Sauté.
Add pre boiled potato and add poha, turmeric powder, salt, sugar. Mix well and cover with lid.
Cook for 2 mints on low flame/Heat
Turn off the gas/heat add lemon juice and peanuts, mix well .
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve fresh.
