Quinoa Idly is a healthy variation of the traditional idly, It's high in protein, gluten-free, and perfect for breakfast or a light meal.
Wash and soak quinoa and urad dal (with fenugreek seeds) separately for 4-6 hours.
Grind them into a smooth batter and let ferment overnight.
Add salt to the batter and steam for 10-12 minutes.
Serve warm with Sambar or chutney.
