Scrambled egg white with spinach

Ingredients
 120 g Egg whites (approx. 4 egg whites)
 50 g Spinach (chopped)
 30 g Onion (chopped)
 30 g Tomato (chopped)
 3 g Olive oil
 1 g Salt
 1 g Black pepper
Directions

Heat oil in a non-stick pan.

Sautee onion and tomato for 2–3 minutes.

Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.

Pour in egg whites, season with salt and pepper, and scramble gently until cooked.

Serve hot.
