Heat oil in a pan.
Sautee onion, tomato, and bell peppers for 2–3 minutes.
Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
Stir in spinach and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Finish with lemon juice and serve warm.
