Mix veg soup

Ingredients
 100 g Carrots (chopped)
 30 g Cabbage (shredded)
 20 g Beans (chopped)
 30 g Tomato (chopped)
 20 g Onion (chopped)
 3 g Garlic (minced)
 2 g Ginger (grated)
 0.50 g Black pepper
 1 pinch Salt
 2 g Olive oil
 200 ml Water
 2 g Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Directions

Heat oil in a pan, Sautee garlic, ginger, and onion for 1–2 minutes.

Add all vegetables and stir for 2–3 minutes.

Pour water, add salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 8–10 minutes until vegetables are soft.

Garnish with coriander and serve warm.
