Here’s a simple oats porridge recipe for one person, with ingredients in grams and their approximate nutritional values

 30 g Rolled oats
 200 ml Milk
 1 tsp Honey
 50 g Chopped Mix Fruits (Banana, Apple or berries)
 10 g Almond
 1 g Cinnamon Powders

Add oats, milk, and water to a saucepan. Heat on medium flame.

Stir occasionally until the mixture thickens (5–7 minutes).

Remove from heat and mix in honey, if desired.

Top with fruits, nuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
