30 g Green peas (boiled)
50 g Potato (boiled & mashed)
25 g Paneer (grated, low-fat preferred)
2 g Green chili
5 g Coriander leaves (fresh, chopped)
2 g Ginger (grated)
10 g Besan (roasted) (binder)
1 g Cumin powder
1 g Garam masala
1 g Salt – as per taste
5 g Oil (for shallow fry/roasting)

Boil peas and spinach, then squeeze out water.

Mash peas, spinach, potato, and paneer.

Add spices, ginger, chili, coriander, and roasted besan.

Shape into small patties (around 3 pieces).

Shallow fry with minimal oil until golden brown or you can go for air fried method.
