Fiber rich, high protein khichadi made with oats, pulses and vegetables.
Soak and drain out water of oats and moong Dal separately and keep aside.
Heat kadai and add 2tsp of white oil.
Saute the chopped vegetable, Add jeera seeds in oil.
Add 1tsp ginger paste. Saute for 1 min. Add salt for taste. Add saute vegetable. Then add moong daal. Mix the vegetable and cook it for 5min.
Then add soaked oats. Cook it for 3min. Add 2 cup hot water. Cover the lid. Cook it for 10min, Serve it warm.
