Ingredients
 100 g Medium-sized Banana 1 nos
 100 ml Skimmed Milk
 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt
 1 tsp Honey
 Ice cubes (Optional)

Slice the banana and add it to a blender.

Pour in the milk and Greek yogurt.

Add honey if you prefer it a little sweeter.

Blend until smooth.

Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
