Oats Idly is a healthy twist on the traditional South Indian idly, rich in fiber, and a perfect option for breakfast or a light snack.

Ingredients
 50 g Oats
 50 g Low fat curd
 20 g Grated carrots
 5 g Chopped coriander leaves
 1 g Baking soda
 1 pinch Salt
Directions

Dry roast oats and grind into a fine powder

Mix oats powder, curd, carrots, coriander, and salt into a batter, adjust consistency with water.

Add baking soda just before steaming.

Steam the idles for 10-12 minutes.

Serve warm with sambar or Chutney.
