 150 g Tomato
 30 g Onion
 5 g Garlic
 3 ml Mustard Oil
 200 ml Vegetable stock (low sodium)
 2 g Fresh basil
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Black pepper
Directions

Heat oil in a small saucepan.

Saute diced onion and garlic until softened.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes.

Blend the soup until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper, garnish with basil, and serve hot.
