 80 g Chicken Breast (Skinless, Boneless)
 5 g Mustard Oil
 3 g Garlic (Minced)
 5 ml Lemon Juice
 2 g Parsley (Chopped)
 1 g Fresh Thyme (Chopped)
 1 pinch Black Pepper
 1 pinch Salt
Directions

In a small bowl, mix Mustard oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and let it marinate for 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator).

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Grill the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Serve hot with a side of Sauteed vegetables or a small salad if desired.
