3 g Green Chili
50 g Low fat curd
2 g Backing Soda
5 g Ginger
10 g Lemon Juice
2 g Salt
50 ml Water as needed
5 ml Oil
For Tempering
5 ml Oil
2 g Mustard Seeds
2 g Curry Leaves
2 g Green Chili

Soak 200 g moong dal for 4–5 hours.

Then grind with ginger, chili, little water prepare smooth batter.

Add curd, salt, lemon juice and mix well.

Just before steaming, Add baking soda and mix lightly.

Steam batter for 15–20 mins.

For tempering, heat 1 tsp oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chili and pour over dhokla.

Cut into squares and serve warm. Serve 3 pc or 100g per person.
