Ingredients
 100 g Cauliflower
 50 g Chopped Onion
 50 g Chopped Tomato
 1 g Green Chili
 2 g Garlic
 5 g Ginger
 1 g Cumin Seed
 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
 1 pinch Cumin Powder
 1 pinch Coriander Powder
 1 pinch Red Chili Powder1
 1 pinch Salt
 3 ml Mustard Oil
 1 tsp Fresh Coriander
Directions

Heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger, and saute until onions are translucent.

Add tomatoes and green chili and cook until tomatoes are soft.

Add turmeric, coriander powder, Chili powder, cumin powder and salt.

Add cauliflower florets, mix well, and cook on low heat, covering the pan until cauliflower is tender.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
