
1 kg Fresh yellow dates
2 tbsp Mustard
1000 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
1000 ml Pure Water
10 g Salt (Add As per taste

Wash and dry the dates, then deseed them. Cut it into half
or one third according to the size of the date.

Put the cut dates in a bottle. Pour one liter of apple cider
vinegar and add the same quantity of water. (one is to one)

Take the mustard and warm it lightly in a pan. Crush the
mustard slightly and add it to the mixture of water, vinegar
and dates.

Add salt to the mixture and stir

See that the mixture is fully immersed in the liquid solution.

Close the lid of the bottle tightly and wrap a cloth over it
and keep it in a dry place away from sunlight for a period of
two weeks at least.

On completion of curing period, taste a date to check if you
need further addition of any ingredient.
