Ingredients
 30 g Soya granules
 50 g Boiled and mashed potato
 2 g Chopped green chili
 15 g Chopped coriander leaves
 5 g Ginger paste
 1 g Cumin powder
 1 g Turmeric powder
 0.50 g Red chili powder
 2 pinches Salt
 2 g Oil for spray

Soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, combine the soya granules, mashed potato, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, and spices (cumin powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt).

Add breadcrumbs and mix well to form a dough-like consistency.

Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into flat round patties (cutlets).

Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan and spray with a light layer of oil.

Cook the cutlets on medium heat for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
