This bhindi masala or ladies finger masala recipe is low fat, low calories, rich in fiber and nutrients, suitable for a balanced diet plan.

Ingredients
100 g Ladies finger.
20 g Onion, finely chopped (Optional)
50 g Tomato, finely chopped.
2 g Green Chili
5 g Ginger paste
1 g Turmeric powder
0.50 g Red chili powder
1 g Cumin
1 g Salt
5 g Fresh coriander, chopped, for garnish
3 ml Oil (Mustard Oil, Sunflower oil or Rice bran Oil)
Directions

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.

Add onions (Optional) and saute until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cook until fragrant.

Add tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add the turmeric, coriander, and red chili powders. Mix well.

Add ladies' finger, stir, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat until tender.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
