Saute onion and green capsicum and keep.

Make a flat masala omelet with given ingredients.

Prepare a paratha with wheat flour.

Spread it on a chopping board, apply tomato ketchup on paratha and keep omelet on the paratha.

Top up with sauté Onion and Capsicum, mint chutney, lemon juice and chat masala

Roll paratha tightly and wrap it in butter paper.

Serve with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
