 50 g Egg White
 10 g Chopped Onion
 5 g Chopped tomato
 2 g Chopped coriander
 1 g Chopped green chili
 1 g Salt
 1 g Crushed black pepper
 2 tsp Oil
 30 g Chopped Capsicum
 5 g Tomato Ketchup
 5 g Mint Chutney
 2 g Lemon Juice
 1 g Chat Masalla
 30 g Wheat Flour for Paratha
Direction

Saute onion and green capsicum and keep.

Make a flat masala omelet with given ingredients.

Prepare a paratha with wheat flour.

Spread it on a chopping board, apply tomato ketchup on paratha and keep omelet on the paratha.

Top up with sauté Onion and Capsicum, mint chutney, lemon juice and chat masala

Roll paratha tightly and wrap it in butter paper.

Serve with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
