Ingredients for Paneer Tikka
 75 g Low-fat paneer
 20 g curd
 3 g Ginger-garlic paste
 5 g Lemon juice
 1 g Red chili powder
 0.50 g Turmeric
 0.50 g Garam masala
 1 g Salt
 5 g Olive oil (for grilling)
Ingredients for Zero Rice (Cauliflower Rice)
 100 g Cauliflower (grated)
 3 g Olive oil
 1 g Salt
 0.50 g Black pepper
 1 g Cumin seeds
Ingredients for Veggies & Add-ons
 40 g Bell peppers (any color) (sliced)
 30 g Onion (sliced)
 30 g Cucumber (raw, sliced for topping)
 5 g Lemon slice
 2 g Fresh coriander or mint
Ingredients for Mint Chutney Drizzle
 5 g Mint leaves – 5g
 5 g Coriander – 5g
 10 g Curd – 10g
 Green chili – small piece
 1 g Salt – a pinch
Directions
Preparation for Paneer Tikka

Mix all and marinate for 15–30 mins. Grill on a non-stick pan or air fryer.

Preparation for Zero Rice (Cauliflower Rice)

Saute cumin in oil, add cauliflower, stir for 5 mins till soft.

Preparation for Veggies & Add-ons

Saute bell pepper and onion lightly in the same pan as paneer. Keep crunchy.

Preparation for Mint Chutney Drizzle

Blend and use a teaspoon over the bowl for flavor.
