Ingredients
 50 g Panner
 30 g Onion (Optional)
 50 g Tomato
 1 g Green Chili
 5 g Ginger minced
 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
 1 pinch Red Chili powder
 1 g Cumin Seed
 1 g Salt
 3 g Oil
 5 g Coriander leaves for garnish

Crumble the paneer into small pieces and set it aside.

In a non-stick pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onions (Optional), green chili, and ginger. Saute for a few minutes until onions become translucent.

Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft and the oil starts to separate from the mixture.

Add the crumbled paneer and cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring gently so the paneer absorbs the spices and flavors.

Turn off the heat, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot.
