 50 g Fresh Mint Leaves (Pudina)
 20 g Coriander Leaves
 1 tbsp Curd (Low Fat)
 5 g Green Chili
 5 g Ginger
 3 g Lemon Juice
 1 pinch Salt

In a blender add all ingredients, add water gradually and blend until smooth, adjust the consistency as needed.
