Ingredients
 30 g Red kidney beans (Dry), Soaked overnight and boiled.
 25 g Tomato (Pureed)
 20 g Onion (finely chopped)
 2 g Garlic (minced)
 ½ tsp Ginger (grated)
 1 g Green chili
 1 pinch Cumin seeds
 1 g Coriander powder
 1 g Turmeric powder
 0.50 g Red chili powder
 1 pinch Garam masala
 1 pinch Salt
 ½ tsp Fresh coriander
Directions

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add onions and saute until golden brown.

Stir in garlic, ginger, and green chili saute for 1-2 minutes.

Add spices (coriander, turmeric, red chili powder) and cook briefly.

Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the masala.

Add boiled kidney beans and mix well.

Add water to adjust the gravy consistency. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Stir in garam masala and cook for another minute.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or roti.
