 28 g Rice
 28 g Lentil
 14 g Onion
 14 g Potato
 14 g Cauliflower
 14 g Green Peas
 5 g Oill
 1 g Cumin Seeds
 3 g Salt
 1 g Bay leaf
 2 g Turmeric Powder
 300 ml Water

Pieces of cauliflower and potato are fried in ghee or vanaspati. They are removed when done, and slice onion is fried in the same pan. Cumin and bay leaf are then added and fried for a few secondes.

Next, the cleaned and washed rice, dal and peas are put in, stirred and cooked for some time.

Turmeric powder, Water and salt are added, mixed well and the vessel covered with a lid.

When it comes to boil, the fried vegetables are put in and allowed to cook till the grains and the vegetables are very soft and semi solid.
