 150 g Bottle Gourd, Diced
 30 g Black Gram Dumpling (Kolai Daler Bori)
 30 g Onion, Chopped
 40 g Tomato, Chopped
 5 g Garlic, Minced
 2 g Green Chilli Chopped
 2 g Panch Phoron
 1 g Turmeric Powder
 1 g Coriander Powder
 1 g Cumin Powder
 2 pinches Salt as per taste or Diet
 5 g Mustard Oil
 5 g Fresh Coriander Leaves

In a pan Roast Black Gram Dumpling with Oil, Keep them aside

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.

Add garlic and green chili, saute for a few seconds.

Add onions and cook until translucent.

Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Stir well.

Add bottle gourd and mix well. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

Add water and cover the pan. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add roasted black gram dumplings and let them absorb the flavors for 5–10 minutes.

garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
