Green moong dal, high-protein, high-fiber meal is great for digestion, muscle building, and overall wellness.

30 g Green Gram Dry
300 ml Water
40 g Tomato Chooped
30 g Onion Chopped
1 g Green Chilli
1 g Garlic minced
1 g Ginger Grated
1 g Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 g Panch Phoron or Cumin seed
1 pinch Salt
3 g Mustard Oil

Soak & Cook Dal
- Wash green moong dal and soak for 2-3 hours.
- Boil with 300ml water until soft (around 15-20 mins in an open pot or 3-4 whistles in a pressure cooker).

Prepare Tempering
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add Panch Phoron or Cumin Seed, let them splutter.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green chili, and saute for a few seconds.
- Add Chopped Onion, Saute until get Brown.
- Add Chopped Tomato, Turmeric Powder, Salt and cook until mushy.

Combine & Simmer
- Pour in the cooked dal and mix well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, adjust consistency by adding water if needed.
Add Lemon Juice and Garnish with coriander leaves. serve hot with rice or as per Diet Plan.
