Ingredients
 40 g Whole Wheat Flour
 50 g Boiled Mashed Potato
 1 g Green Chili Chopped
 2 g Coriander Leaves Chopped
 1 g Cumin Powder
 1 g Turmeric Powder
 1 pinch Salt
 3 g Ghee
Directions

Take Whole wheat flour in a bowl, add 1 pinch of salt and curd.

Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough

Cover and let it rest for 15 min

Take Boiled and mashed potato in a bowl. Add green chili, Chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, turmeric powder and pinche of salt. Mix well to form a smooth stuffing.

Take the rested dough and roll it into a small ball.

Roll it into 4-inch circle using rolling pin.

Place the potato stuffing in the center and seal the edges, gently roll it again into 6 inches Paratha again.

Heat a nonstick Tava/ Tava on medium heat, place the rolled paratha for 30 sec on one side.

Flip, apply ghee and cook for 30 sec.

Flip again, apply remaining ghee and cook until golden brown.

Serve with low fat curd, Chutney or as direct by The Dietician.
