Spinach Paratha (Palak Paratha) low-calorie, high fiber is great for Daily Diet and gut health

Blanch spinach in hot water for 30 seconds and then finely chop or blend it.
Mix whole wheat flour, spinach, curd, green chili, ginger, cumin, and salt in a bowl.
Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
Roll into a round paratha (approx. 6-inch diameter).
Cook on a hot tawa, applying ghee on both sides, until golden brown.
Serve with any curry, Chutney or as per Dietician advice.
