Ingredients
 50 g Panner Cube
 25 g Low fat Curd
 25 g Green Capsicum Diced
 25 g Red Capsicum Diced
 20 g Onion Diced
 2.50 ml Mustard Oil
 2 ml Lemon Juice
 1 g Turmeric Powder
 1 g Coriander powder
 1 g Cumin Powder
 1 g Red Chili powder
 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
 1 g Garam Masala
 1 pinch Salt
 2 g Fresh coriander for garnish
Directions

Mix low fat curd, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and mustard oil in a bowl.

Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onion. Toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Skewer the marinated paneer and vegetables alternatively on wooden or metal skewers.

Grill in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes, turning once halfway. Alternatively, you can cook on a non-stick pan or grill.

Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander or mint leaves. Serve hot.
