Turmeric milk, also known as "Golden Milk," is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties and can aid in weight loss by boosting metabolism and digestion.

Ingredients
 250 ml Skim Milk
 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
 ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
 1 pinch Black Peeper Powder
 ½ tsp Grated Ginger
 ½ tsp Honey (If Diabetic Avoid)
Instructions:

Pour the milk into a small saucepan and place it over medium heat.

Add the turmeric powder, cinnamon, black pepper, and grated ginger to the milk. Stir well to ensure all spices are properly mixed.

Let the milk come to a gentle simmer. Do not let it boil over, as this may cause the nutrients in the turmeric to degrade.

Allow the milk to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add honey (For sweetness) Strain the milk and remove ginger before serving.
