Matar Paneer Curry

Ingredients
 50 g Panner Cube
 30 g Green Peas
 25 g Onion (chopped finely)
 50 g Tomato
 5 g Ginger
 2 g Garlic
 1 g Green Chili
 1 g Turmeric powder
 0.50 g Red chili powder
 1 g Garam masala
 1 pinch Cumin seeds
 1 g Salt
 3 g Oil
 100 ml Water (adjust for desired consistency)
 1 tsp Fresh coriander leaves
Directions

Heat the oil in a small pan.

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Add onions and saute until golden brown.

Add ginger, garlic, and green chili.

Saute until the raw smell fades.

Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft, and oil starts to separate.

Add green peas and a little water.

Cover and cook until peas are tender (about 5 minutes).

Add paneer cubes, garam masala, and salt.

Mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Adjust the water if needed to achieve a light, soupy consistency.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy with a small portion of whole-grain roti or brown rice.
